Product Description

Apply as the primary armour base coat for Iron Warriors Chaos Space Marines, where the dark gunmetal gives subsequent brass and silver highlights maximum contrast. Works for ancient weapon blades, daemon engine armour, and any metallic surface that should read as iron rather than steel - the darker, warmer base reads as heavier and more ominous than bright metallics. Also suits Ork vehicles where a used, industrial metal look is the goal.

The specific base for Iron Warriors army painters and a useful dark metallic for any scheme where iron quality matters more than shine.
