Legions Imperialis brings the mass battles of the Horus Heresy to the tabletop with small-scale miniatures. The models are roughly one-quarter the size of their larger Horus Heresy counterparts, allowing infantry, armoured vehicles, aircraft, Knights and Titans to fight together in battles that represent forces far larger than a squad-level game.
The main forces include the Legiones Astartes, represented here by Space Marines, and the Solar Auxilia. Infantry is grouped on shared bases, while tanks, walkers and other war machines form separate units and detachments. Familiar vehicles such as Rhinos, Land Raiders, Predators and Sicaran tanks appear in this smaller format, alongside aircraft and larger engines. The range is designed to sit alongside Adeptus Titanicus models and the relevant Space Marine and Imperial Navy Horus Heresy aircraft from Aeronautica Imperialis.
